We’re always exploring new ways to transform player-brand interactions into meaningful, memorable moments. That’s why we’re excited to announce the release of our updated Xbox Activities offering, which is a suite of gamified features designed to turn passive viewership into active participation, available now as part of Xbox Landing Experiences.

Xbox Activities are an innovative way for brands to connect with players through bite-sized games natively integrated within their Xbox experience. Whether it’s solving a jigsaw puzzle, spotting the difference between two images, or completing a quick memory challenge, these activities make brand interaction fun and playful.

Xbox Activities use templated formats with simple asset requirements, making them fun, accessible, and crafted to appeal to both gamers and non-gamers alike.

Integrated directly within the Landing Experience, Xbox Activities offer a compelling value exchange: players get a moment of interactive entertainment, and brands benefit from deeper engagement and longer ad exposure.

Why it matters:

  • Boost Engagement: Campaigns that include an Interactive Activity have seen up to a 43% CTR lift in performance vs. static creative for entertainment brands.
  • Authenticity at Scale: Xbox Activities keep people engaged in the Xbox experience through gaming. This means brand messages are delivered in a way that feels native, not disruptive.

Memorable Brand Experiences: Brands can include an Interactive Activity in their Landing Experience to encourage brand engagement, whether as a standalone element or through a “Play to Win” sweepstakes entry mechanic.

Xbox Activities are available across 10 unique formats, each tailored to different campaign objectives and verticals. A few highlights include:

  • Jigsaw Puzzle: Showcase aspirational imagery by inviting players to piece together a product or scene.
  • Video Recall: Reinforce messaging by testing players on details from your branded video.
  • Moving Cups: A quick, replayable game perfect for reinforcing product recognition.
  • Guessing Game: Spark curiosity and interaction with a fast, low-barrier challenge.

Want to increase stakes? Pair an Activity with a “Play & Win” sweepstakes to drive additional participation and excitement.
