What's new in Microsoft Clarity: Agent insights, faster answers, and AI discovery

November 04, 2026
A light grid-patterned banner headed "New features to help you understand and act on the changing customer journey", with "changing" in purple italics. Below are three purple-outlined cards. "The Agentic Web" shows a website layout with an AI sparkle icon and reads "Agentic analytics sees what AI agents do on your site." "The LLM Web" shows a chat interface and reads "Brand Agents helps customers discover your products and services." "The Human Web" shows a map of user paths and reads "'Ask Clarity' gets answers backed by real session evidence."

Non-human traffic has now overtaken human traffic on the web1 and AI agents are a fast-growing part of it. These agents visit websites for customers to research products, fill out forms, and complete purchases.

For businesses, being able to see more of that journey and act on those insights is essential to staying visible and reaching customers in the AI web era. Today, Microsoft Clarity is announcing new capabilities to help, including:

  • Agent Activity: See which agents visit your website, what actions they take, and where they encounter friction.
  • Conversational Analytics: Ask questions about your website in plain language and get recommendations backed by real session recordings.
  • Brand Agents: Make your products discoverable in Microsoft Copilot and Bing, and help local customers find services and book appointments.

For all the details, including availability and how to get started, check out the full announcement on the Clarity blog.
